Windows 10: Win10 20H2, refreshing the content of directories

I have the latest win10 build, 20H2 at date 01.12.2020.

After a few minutes of using the windows, I have a problem with the explorer: the content of directories does not auto-refresh e.g.when I create new file, file doesn't appear. When I delete file, file doesn'tdisappear. Also is problem with create new file it is sometimes impossible, system freezes.


When I reboot restart windows it is OK, but after first run, the issues mentioned occur.


I did some of the things I found on the forums:


1 sfc /scannow


2 DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth


3 delete files in C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\AutomaticDestinations


4 create: ~WORD Value DWORD is for 32-bit, and QWORD is for 64-bit and name it as DontRefresh. ~WORD value should 0 Zero.


After this, problem still exists.



Any idea for solution?

  In search type Mail app.
  
• 
  In top right corner you will find a refresh button
  
• 
  Click on refresh button and check if it sync with the account

Win10 Email refresh?

Fine about refresh button. But how about auto refresh at regular intervals. You guys are experts in killing your own products. Come with regular product launches without testing them fully and cause forced inconveniences to Users.
