Windows 10: Pc booting to a blank screen

So if I can get some help here My desktop boots into a purely black screen.

Normally when it boots, it displays the "ibuypower" logo, then shortly after it loads up the windows login screen (win10)

When I booted it this morning, I got the ibuypower logo, then nothing.

After that, any attempt to boot the pc results in a black screen, no ibuypower logo or anything. Windows is still functioning, I was able to login and make noises play through my headset, so it's purely a display issue.

It's also not a problem with the monitor or any cables. I tested with my hdtv as well, which also 100% works, but displays nothing from the computer.

There aren't any abnormal lights in the mobo or gpu or anything, I attempted unplugging all my usb devices, to no avail. I have no idea what happened or how to fix it, so I'm hoping someone here has an idea.

Oh, the monitor also registers that it's plugged in and everything, the power light turns orange if it's not receiving any signal, or if it's on but not connected to anything, but the power light is a solid blue when I turn the pc on. So again, it's absolutely not a problem with the monitor

Click these keys whenever you see a black screen:
Windows logo key + Ctrl + Shift + B > report what you see and hear

See if you can boot to the BIOS using the information in this link:

blank screen at boot up 4850 could it be voltages?

I've been getting a blank screen at cold boot up the first time i turn my pc on until it gets to desktop also if i leave it off for a couple of hours or leave it idle at desktop for more than a couple of hours it goes blank again,with all these i get a flashing green power light on my monitor. I was looking at the voltages in RBE in the clock setting and see at boot [clock info 00] the voltage is blank, that includes brets bios's and the default bios as well, as well as being blank in 03 06 09. Ive looked at bios's for the 3800 series and they all had voltages of 1.3 in the boot clock.

Could this be why i get a blank screen on a cold boot or after a couple of hours of inactivity,would it be safe to put a voltage value of 1.084 or something similar in the boot clock info 00?? Would if cure my blank screen problem?

Thank you for the tips. The win+ctrl+shift+B does not seem to do anything. I can't hear anything via the connect speakers (USB - Katana soundbar), no the onboard audio of the monitor.

The BIOS key for my motherboard (x299 - Asus rampage VI extreme) is normally del or f2 (always worked in the past, until recently because the BIOS splash screen no longer shows, even if I mash the respective keys during boots... cold or restart). I checked the manual just now as well to confirm the keys. Also F8/F9 on the link didn't work either.

Ultimately, the PC seems to load, but there is no output to the monitor/DP, or smart TV/HDMI when connected.

This all happened precisely when I restarted the PC in safe mode via MSCONFIG.

Thanks, yes I did do those already. I've tried the "hold power button to power down 3 times" a few hours ago with no luck. When you say hold down the power button to force shutdown 3 times, you mean hold it constantly and the PC will restart 3 times (holding the power button the whole time), or you mean hold it down till the PC powers down, then hold it again, power down, etc (3 times)?.

The motherboard also has 2 BIOSs, I did switch to a backup/original BIOS, but again, seems to boot into a blank screen...
