Windows 10: CPU Speed Stuck at 1.29Ghz

my CPU speed is stuck at 1.29Ghz

its normal speed is 1.50 and sometimes gets higher but now its stuck at 1.29Ghz speed

what shall i do

CPU stuck at same speed since windows 10 upgarde

My CPU (AMD A8 6410) which used to run at 2.1 GHz speed in windows 8.1 . But now its stuck 0.96GHz, really slow

Please get me some workable solution for this

 

My cpu base speed stuck at 0,8 GHz

Hello people, My cpu base speed is stuck at 0,8 GHz, otherwise my CPU is doing well. The only problem is that i now cant update window because the cpu is lower than 1GHz. Window require a CPU that is higher then at least 1 GHz. I have a Intel core i7 -4790K.
