    Security key with Windows Hello


    I have an issue getting my profile to login on my laptop using the security key function on Windows Hello. It will let me register the key, but will not let me use it to login to my profile on my laptop or desktop. Is there another step that I am missing?

    Windows 8 Secure Boot Feature: Not So Secure?

    So Linux is switching to secure boot also? Or they have to because of UEFI?

    Here is a statement from a Kernal Developer at Red Hat:

    I'm not sure this exploits the legacy BIOS but rather it exploits the legacy boot method on MBR drives, injecting a signed key before the OS boots, which you are correct in that it has nothing to do with Windows 8. And the simplest fix would just be to require boot drives use GPT when Secure Boot is enabled in UEFI.

    suggest best internet security/antivirus for windows 7

    Hello,

    I m using HP envy 3090nr laptop having windows 7 home premium.

    I was using norton internet security previously which was very good, no virus problem so far.

    But i want to know any other internet security which is better or similar and free?

    Give your suggestions for best free as well as best paid internet security.

    Also give your opinion for microsoft security essentials.
