Windows 10: Can't install 32-bit Windows 10 onto 64-bit machine

I have an Asus E410MA which came installed with 64-bit Windows 10 in S Mode. I took this out of S Mode, and am now running Windows 10 Home. Unfortunately, I have some programs which will not run on 64-bit Windows. I know that 32-bit programs are supposed to be able to run under 64-bit Windows but these programs specifically display messages that they do not run under 64-bit. So, I am trying to install 32-bit Windows since these are the only programs I will run on this laptop, meaning that I don't want or need 64-bit Windows.

I created a bootable USB thumbdrive with 32-bit Windows 10 which I created with Microsoft's Media Creation Tool. When I boot up my Asus, and go into the boot menu, I select the 32-bit Windows 10 on my thumbdrive but it will not boot up. It does not go into the Windows Setup screen. Instead, the screen just blinks, and returns me to the boot menu. I can click my thumbdrive on the boot menu over and over, but each time, it simply flashes the screen once, and returns me to the boot menu. Nothing happens. I also tried using a DVD with 32-bit Windows but it does the same thing as the USB thumbdrive. It just flashes when I select it.
I also tried creating the USB not only with the Media Creation Tool but also Rufus. It didn't help. It did the same thing.
I have Fast Boot disabled and Secure Boot disabled.

I tested creating a 64-bit Windows 10 version on an USB thumbdrive, and when I click on it in the boot menu, it works and goes to the Windows Setup screen.

So, there must be something in the BIOS which is preventing me from installing the 32-bit version. The BIOS Mode is UEFI.

Asus Tech Support told me that 32-bit Windows 10 will run on this 64-bit laptop. But they were unable to figure it out.

Any ideas?

installing a windows 10 64 bit OS is fine on my windows 10 computer,

when i try installing a 32 bit OS on 64 bit machine,

i always get this error when i try to install windows 10 32 bit OS on 64 bit machine using usb or cd,.............

Status: 0xc0000359

Can`t Upgrade 32-bit to 64-bit Windows 10

I tried upgrading my notebook/tablet pc from 32-bit to 64-bit windows 10. But it won`t boot from my usb. I checked if its compatible and followed the steps, but I didn`t get the windows "install now" option.
