Windows 10: Ugee HK1560 only registers as a monitor?

So i recently purchased a Ugee Tablet and it will only recognise as an additional monitor. The drivers are unable to detect it at all. Advice? Much thanks in advance

Ugee 2150 Tablet Monitor has cursor offset onto second monitor

Hello, I'm running Win 10 version 1709 build 16299.371 with two monitors one of which is an Ugee 2150. My issue is that the monitor worked fine connected to an IOS device but since I switched to my Windows machine the cursor is so offset that it is moving
around on the other monitor not the Ugee 2150.

What I tried so far:

A, Uninstalling the driver and restart, Windows then saw the monitor as a touch tablet and the offset was gone BUT there was no pressure sensitivity.

B, Reinstalling the original (that shipped with the monitor) Ugee driver and restart. Took me back to square one, huge cursor offset.

C, Downloading the latest Ugee driver (for build 1709) still no good, cursor still offset onto the other monitor.

To be clear when i say that the cursor is offset so as to be on the other monitor it is tracking the motion from the Ugee but displaying the cursor and moving it on the second monitor.

Taps and interactions also track accurately only on the wrong monitor owing to the cursor offset.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated at this point.

Edit: booted to safe mode and the monitors were mirrored and the Ugee was tracking like in point A above. Rebooted and back to the offset.

 

Ugee 2150 Fullscreen to monitor 2

I put the option to extend the screen and my ugee in on monitor 2, but when I'm working with photoshop for example I hold alt, I click with my stylus and when I move it changes to fullscreen, the resolution is hd, and when it takes me to Fullscreen shows
me the monitor 2 (ugee) as if it had 3840 resolution and the pointer does not match the location of my stylus.

For now the solution is to duplicate the monitors but I would like to work well in the option of extended, could guide me in the solution of this.

Thank you for your reply(s). I have updated to Windows 10 build 1803. Reinstalled the latest driver and run the troubleshooter but the problem remains the same

The issue is that when I touch the screen of my Ugee 2150 with the pen the cursor moves to the other monitor and then tracks the movement of the pen on the Ugee screen on the other monitor.

It used to seem that Windows is seeing the desktop as one large area plotted from the right hand side of monitor number two becasue the offset of the cursor used to get smaller as I moved the pen to the left of the Ugee 2150 screen.

However I have checked just now and in fact this no longer happens. What happens is that the cursor tracks the movement on the Ugee 2150 on the wrong monitor.

Any help would be gratefully received because I'd like to keep working on my tablet and using the monitor number 2 for displaying reference materials?
