Windows 10: Windows rapidly cycle between responding and not responding.

I recently rebuilt a number of computers from scratch using the 20H1 x64 version. Now, on every one of them, I am having a problem with windows rapidly cycling between responding and not responding. All of the computers had previously been running 20H1 X64, installed as an update. They did not exhibit this problem then.

My gut wants to say it is a video problem. But it is occurring on computers of different brands and different video cards. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the video drivers

That makes me think it is a Microsoft problem. I have tried the troubleshooters and system file checks.

But I'm at a loss to figure out what is causing it. It is starting to get really annoying.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    :)

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
