Windows 10: USB Connection Problem to Cameo 4

I have a Cameo 4, and my PC laptop isn't recognizing the USB for the Cameo. The Cameo works with fine using Bluetooth, but it doesn't recognized Cameo USB connection. Bluetooth is fine expcept that whenever there's a Firmware update for the Cameo the Bluetooth won't work because in order to update the Firmware it needs the USB to do it, so because of this I can't use my Cameo. I've tried everything suggested on the Silhouette America website that might be causing the problem but nothing's worked. I hope someone can help me. Thank you in advance!

My Surface pro 3 will not recognize my Silhouette Cameo.

Upon investigation the print driver reports "This device cannot start" "Insufficient system resources exist to complete the API".

• Can you tell us what model of computer you are using while connecting to your Samsung Note 4?

However, we suggest you to run the Hardware and Device Troubleshooter through these steps:

• Press Win + X then select Control Panel.
• Click Troubleshooting.
• Click Hardware and Sound then select Hardware and Devices.
• To run the troubleshooter, follow the steps from the wizard.
