Windows 10: Teamviewer download

Hi,


i am trying to download team viewer on my windows 10 s laptop but struggling to download it.. keeps sending me to the app store where only the remote access can be downloaded.


Is there anyway I can turn off a setting so i can download it from the internet so i can give our provider access to my laptop screen?

Unable to download Teamviewer

I had Teamviewer software on my computer. When I looked in Programs

It was no longer there.

When I tried to go to Teamviewer in my browsers to download it I got -

"Site cannot be found" in both Chrome and Edge.

It is the ONLY site I cannot access.

Recently Teamviewer stopped working for me. I get a pop up that says "Not ready. Check your connections". My remote users get the same message when they try to activate Teamviewer for me to connect.

I am online and Internet connected when I try to use Teamviewer, so I don't really understand the problem.

Any suggestions would be most welcomed.

I understand you want to know how to find out if the Teamviewer is already on your computer and phone.

For windows system, you may click start and type Teamviewer, you will be able to search it once you have installed it. You may may click Windows key + R, type APPWIZ.CPL and check under the installed program if the Teamviewer is already installed.

For Android phones, it will be on your apps list. You may download the app as well from this link:
