Windows 10: How to call setupcomplete.cmd

Hi, I'm not calling setupcomplete.cmd. How can I do it automatically after the format? Everything is ready for me.

Install appxbundle in the past setupcomplete doesn't work.

I trying install appxbundle (Bang & Olufsen SW, HP Elitebook 830G6 https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp102001-102500/sp102373.exe) in setupcomplete to new notebook but with error, instalation appx works. We have CA Softvare delivery.

In the setupcomplete section, I run the ps script, which installs drivers according to individual HW models. New control SW from manufacturers is implemented via appx applications. So I run this command in the script:

dism.exe /online /Add-ProvisionedAppxPackage /PackagePath:c:\oeminst\drvinst\audio\HSA\e46fdfa61fa64aef8827f91530aa3245.appxbundle /Region=“all“ /skiplicense /DependencyPackagePath:c:\oeminst\drvinst\audio\HSA\Microsoft.VCLibs.140.00_14.0.27323.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe.appx
2>&1|Write-Host

It should to install the sound card control application.

If I run this command under the logged in user, the command will passtrue, but not during the installation in the setupcomplete section.

Error message:

Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool

Version: 10.0.18362.1

Image Version: 10.0.18363.836

Error: 1168

Element not found.

The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log

Windows and CMD- renaming a file in CMD

Steps I've done

Here what happens

  turn on PC
  
• 
  start windows
  
• 
  get blue screen ( message NTFS file)
  
• 
  it reboots returns to diagnosing PC
  
• 
  Diagnose and repair fails
  
• 
  I move to advance options
  
• 
  will not reset windows , I click on CMD
  

things I've tried
commands:

reagentc /disable

reagentc /enable

*************************FAILED
not recognized

laptop doesnt boot automatically

This is what happened.

1. Did a repair install and later disabled hibertnate in CMD.
2. Enabled legacy option ROM in BIOS.
3. After a few times startup ( i used the system in such mode for 5 days), changed boot option back to default.
4. Vola!! It boots automatically to win10 without any keypress. Tested it with many starts to confirm the same.
5. Re-enabled hibernate option using CMD and later selected Fast Startup.
6. System booted normally, without the need for any keypress.

I do not know exactly whether such steps resolved the problem or what else happened, hence cannot suggest above steps.
