Windows 10: Is the Media Creation Tool *still* unable to resume download?

Subject title says it all. I was able to find threads saying it is unable but that's from 2015 or so, and since threads are commonly locked and supposedly because information could be outdated I'm asking again pretending to be optimistic. I'm sorry but considering download resume is a technology that existed way before even 2015 if MS still hasn't implemented it into something as essential as the tool that allows people to download the OS then that needs to be pointed out.

I don't understand why Microsoft is not providing resume option in Media creation tool ? Can any one tell me how to resume download in Media creation tool.

If you have any recommended links to get windows 10, kindly suggest me. I'm very fascinating to use win 10. But i'm very dissappointing with this tool. I tried this tool (Media Creation Tool) more than 3 times. It disappeared above 50% at different levels.

My suggestion is, Give us a direct link to download windows 10.
