Windows 10: Blue circle or page loading.

Hi,

For the past few days i have had a few issues. Firstly if i log into my employee portal i can usually look at my wageslips. Alas now it will show the last one then if i click to view any of the others a blue line just continually goes across the screen and nothing happens. All other links on the site are fine. Secondly i have tried to make three purchases online in the last few days and as soon as i click make payment the blue circle just keeps spinning round and round. It is not a card or funds issue.

Rotating blue circle and slow loading

I have this issue with loading pages. The upper tab has a rotating blue circle and at times it takes up to minutes for a page to load when it used to take split seconds.
