Windows 10: Não consigo instalar driver Intel Graphics HD 620

Após a última atualização do Windows 10, meu controle de brilho da tela parou de funcionar e sumiu de todos os lugares onde geralmente eu poderia mexer nisso, sendo que quando reiniciei o PC pra validar a atualização, deu algum erro e apareceu a mensagem de que estavam desfazendo a atualização. Ignorei e segui normal, depois fui pesquisar sobre como alterar brilho da tela, vi que o problema podia ser do driver e que o PC estava utilizando a placa de vídeo offboard pra funções básicas calculadora, sendo que a placa de vídeo é fraca e geralmente só é utilizada em jogos ou alguns programas mais pesados. Tanto que pra reproduzir vídeos pela GPU estava travando, coisa que geralmente não acontece usando a placa integrada. Seguindo recomendações de outras perguntas, desinstalei o driver Intel Graphics HD 620 para poder reinstalá-lo mas não consigo instalar, tentei diversas formas e já li várias outras perguntas de problemas parecidos e nenhum consegue solucionar.


OBS: minha versão do win10: 20H2 19042.746

Intel HD Graphics Driver

try this, it works for many people:


1.- Download from this site the beta zip file (win64_154012.zip), and not the exe file:

Download Beta Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows® 10 and Windows 7*/8.1* [15.40]

(for 32-bit download win32_154012.zip).

2.- Unzip the driver to C:\Windows\Temp folder.

3.- Right click on Start and choose Device Manager, Display adapters,
Intel(R) HD Graphics Family.

4.- Double click to open it (or right click and choose Properties).

5.- Click on the Driver tab and then on Update Driver.

6.- On the new tab click on Browse my computer for driver software.

7.- On the new tab click on Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.

8.- On the new tab click on Have Disk.

9.- Click on Browse and then choose Windows\Temp\win64_154012\Graphics\igdlh64.inf
(igdlh32.inf for 32-bit) and click on Open and then
OK.

10..- On the new tab where Intel (R) HD Graphics Family is showing click on
Next and let the driver to install.

11.- The new Driver Version is 20.19.15.4326 and is digitally signed.

Be aware to follow step by step all the procedure and do not try to use the wizard to update the driver directly, in many cases it won’t work.

 

Laptop - Intel HD 620 issue - Only external monitor displays

Okay, the fact that it is not even detecting the internal display is obviously a problem. But a big clue for me is the fact that if we uninstall the Intel HD Graphics 620 display driver, the display works. That leads me to think that there must be a problem with the display driver.

Here is what I would like to suggest trying:

1) Download the latest driver for the graphics adapter from Dell.
2) Also download the latest driver from Intel directly from here:

Download Intel(R) Graphics - Windows(R) 10 DCH Drivers

3) COMPLETELY uninstall the current display driver. This means going into Device Manager, right-click the Intel HD Graphics 620, choose uninstall device, MAKE SURE that you select the check box that says "Delete the driver software for this device", then click Uninstall. This will make sure that it cannot simply reinstall the same driver again as soon as you reboot.

4) Reboot
5) Install the latest Dell supplied driver.

6) If you still have difficulties at this point, then repeat the same steps but use the driver you downloaded from Intel.

 

My Intel hd 620 graphics driver is missing!

so I have encountered a problem in my device. an error 0xc0000001 has appeared. I have tried many solutions to fix it but the only way is to reinstall windows 10 in my laptop. when the windows 10 has been installed, I have checked my drivers and it is all
missing.

Here are the missing drivers:

• Intel HD 620 Graphics driver
• Sypnatics touch pad drivers
• (Idk what it is called but i think i have also missing the monitor driver because i cant lower the brightness in my laptop)

Somebody please help me. Idk what to do. Btw, my device is Lenovo ideapad 330 141kb. I have tried many solutions for this and none of the tutorials in youtube works.
