Windows 10: 8 yrs, hundreads of "microsoft operators", thousands of Reinstalls, 5 purchased licenses...

Its like out of a horror movie. I've called, allowed remote operators on my system, spent YEARS of my time and have spent over a thousand dollars purchasing NEW product keys and I have the same problems I had 8 years ago. New and improved security features? Thats like someone laughing at a puppy getting kicked over and over when I read all the "new" ways windows is developing to keep your PC safe. So now here I am again thinking this will be just another KICK that will go unhelped, but maybe someone out there will take pity on me and JUST HELP ME FIX MY PC???


So let me describe my problems and why they are happening. There is a person who I know who finds it amusing to do nothing with himself except to make my life miserable. Petty little things like changing my passwords, clearing out all my old saved mail years worth of receipts, pictures and just family letters just GONE.., reverting my Windows 10 pro latest update to earlier versions of windows and 32 bit processes when it's a 64 bit motherboard and forcing my pc to use drivers from 2006 ONLY no matter if I seek out the UPDATED NEWER driver and install it myself. Oh and changing me from an administrator on my PC to a simple user who eventually can't even update it anymore because I need ADMIN RIGHTS TO DO SO.


Sound like fun? I've even recently moved to a different STATE and still these things keep happening. I know how to low level format hard drives. I've purchased new memory. Have a Intel i7 processor but doesn't matter. So yea any help would be great. thanks

Internet Explorer 11 Synced Very Old Favorites ( 5 Yrs. ago items )

Hi People,

I were troubleshooting IE11 in my end user's PC. Issue is after resetting IE11, added Favorites bar.

In that Favorites bar, IE11 synced very old Favorites that includes 5 yrs of favorites. Due to this more than 1000 of Favs mingled with recent ones.

Please suggest me troubleshooting steps to follow.

So, just to clarify:

• Purchase a license from the Microsoft Store
• Download official Windows 10 ISO files
• Prepare the bootable media
• Perform the Windows 10 Home in-place upgrade you described in steps 55 to 63 above

Is this correct?

Last questions:

• What happens is the Windows 10 Home in-place upgrade does not work? Do I have to perform a clean install?
