Windows 10: Computer is using the minimal amount of wifi the app requires

Hello, so after a factory reset and physical cleaning, it takes about 5m to a browser to start working note: the app itself opens immediately and when it loads, wifi usage is about 100 kbps, no other apps are running. Though, when I play games like Apex Legends, my wifi usage is 4 mbps and there are no lags whatsoever. Every app opens immediately but takes loads of time to connect to discord calls or search something on a browser. I think its because my pc uses the minimal wifi usage the app requires it to run, so it loads very slowly and it happens with every app fast opening but long loading Any fixes for my case? The wifi usage is not limited no restrictions

Thank you for posting on Microsoft Community.

Turn WiFi search off, when you don’t need it, by taping on WiFi quick action button or by managing your
WiFi notification by following these steps:

• Slide your finger downwards on the screen.
• Press All settings.
• Press Network & wireless.
• Press WiFi. and then select Wi-Fi Sense.
• Turn on/off "Connect to suggested open hotspots".
• Uncheck "Show a notification banner when action is needed from me".
