PC has been Blue-Screening multiple times for the first time in several years since 2 weeks...

I have a machine that is experiencing BSODs on random occasions while I'm working. This morning was the 3rd time this had happened in a 2 week span. My computer hasn't crashed since many years ago so I'm getting concerned.

There are a few potential culprits:

    • I had installed Bluetooth support on my computer within that time frame
    • New windows update within that time frame
    • Hoping it's not the case but is my computer getting too old 11 years

Wondering what could be the issue here.

    Error code:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000133 0x0000000000000001, 0x0000000000001e00, 0xfffff8026eafb320, 0x0000000000000000. A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 79f5159d-4018-4f64-995c-202d02049a28.

  2. blue screen multiple times all differrent codes

    Hi George,

There are multiple factors to consider should you encounter a blue screen error issue on Windows. That being said, I will need more details to properly address your concern. Kindly answer the following questions:

    • What is the make and model of your computer?
    • When did the issue start?
    • What error messages are you getting when the blue screen error occurs?
    • Are you using a specific program whenever the issue happens?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you performed so far?
    • Have you installed the latest updates for Windows 10?
    • What is the current OS Build of your Windows 10 device? Click the
      Start button, type
About your PC, press Enter, and then scroll down to
Windows specifications to find this information.

For now, I suggest performing the troubleshooting steps outlined in this
    support article
. The page has instructions on how to troubleshoot blue
screen errors in Windows 10. Please make sure that you're signed in as the administrator in order to complete the tasks.

I'll be waiting for your response.

I appreciate your interest on Windows 10.

Before we proceed I would like you to answer the following question:

    • could you please mention the exact error message that you are getting?
The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.

    PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval
    • Install system in case
      • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
    • Turn on PC
    • setup HDD
    • run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
      • run realtemp at the same time
    • While in Prime95 test
      • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
      • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
      • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!
    What do you guys think??
