Windows 10: Weird GPU dip and CPU spike causing game to lose a lot of fps and loosing the sound for...

Hi,

I have some random dips in my GPU usage with some CPU spikes when I play games. I tried to stress test the CPU and GPU in the same time to see if it happens, it didn't, only in games. I've tried many things to fix the issue, still persists. I ofetn see "WMI Provider Host" WmiPrvSE.exe and "System" ntoskrnl.exe in the top when the CPU spikes. Also, I notice some random cpu spike when I'm not using the PC, just letting it sit and some random little spike appear.

Windows 10 home os Build :19042.804 Version : 20H2

Specs: Ryzen 1700x @ 3.8Ghz, MSI B450m Tomahawk Max Wifi, Gigabyte RTX 3070 and Team T 32GB ram @3400Mhz

GPU shoots 100% for a short time when playing games and causes FPS lag

On task manager, the GPU spikes to 100% when playing my games like Warframe and causes FPS lag. The temperature of my CPU is around 55-60 degrees when playing.

I'm not sure what causes my GPU to suddenly spike up to 100%, which causes FPS spikes.

Can someone provide solutions?

Major FPS lag spikes every 5-10 minutes

Hi im really in need of assistance. My computer always has FPS spikes every time i update windows 10 and its causing me to lose my mind because it affects my work when im on video calls and when when i want to chill and play some games but i cant because
my FPS dips to 5-10 frames per second every 5 to 10 minutes. Previously i followed some game DVR steps and it worked () . But a week ago my computer was forced to go through the windows update
after denying the update for more than a week. So now my computer is back to its laggy state with FPS spikes all the time. When there is no fps spike my computer is really smooth and the sounds work can still be heard clearly. Please recommend me on what i
should do as im in a hellish week for work as well

 

CPU/GPU spikes while gaming

I'm having issues playing games now due to this CPU/GPU max usage spiking while playing and it causes a lag spike.. it happens like every few seconds and it's driving me up the wall.. really not for sure where else to go with this issue.. it happens in nearly every game i play as well.

GPU: GTX 970 4gb
CPU: i7 4770k 3.50GHz
Storage: Samsung EVO 850 250gb for OS and 500gb for games
RAM:16gb
PSU:1000w

solutions I've tried..
unparking cpu, updating to latest gpu drivers, latest realtek sound and network drivers for my motherboard, latest chipset, cleaning out my pc, checking my temps.. it never goes above 70c while gaming.. both my gpu and cpu. even a clean install of Windows 10 Pro x64 bit, I've even done a clean boot and the issue is still occuring.. really at a stand still. I'm going to upload the screenshots of the in-game graph that is showing the spikes.
