Windows 10: Windows Sales Team refusing a refund for a product key I never received

I just went through tech support because I received an error telling me my license was expiring soon. I received this notification for the first time on Friday March 5th. After about 2 hours of being on the phone the tech support operator confirmed for me that I never received a product key, which is what I spent $139.99 on. It's not about the OS, you're actually buying a product key, and that is something I never received. We exhausted all troubleshooting options. So the solution was to get a refund for the purchase since I never actually received what I paid for, and then make the purchase again to receive a Product Key.


Then when he chatted with the sales team about this, they refused the refund because the purchase had happened 35 days ago on January 30th, which puts it past the 30 day mark for refunds.


My question is, what makes them think they can refuse refunding me for a product key I never received? The next step is to call in the morning where I can chat with an American team, but I'm not super confident that this is going to go any better.



Anyone else had to deal with this?

Phone calls about a team viewer refund

I keep getting phones from team viewer refund dept. They claim that everyone who has microsoft windows subscribes to this. They are going out of business and want to refund my money. I don't remember subscribing to this and refuse to open my bank account
so they can wire refund. They claim that if I don't do this then my account will be charged 299.00 every year.

Has anyone else heard from team viewer

I purchased a Windows 10 Product Key. After installing I discovered my laptop already had a digitized key. Can I get a refund? Thank you.
