Windows 10: Export / Copy Recycle Bin items to include Date Created

I am seeking a way to index all my recycled items by the date created, not the date deleted.

I have seen a couple of articles that mention hidden attributes. I am guessing that these data points are what I need to access but have not found a way to get to them from Windows or Command.

Is this possible? If so how can I do this?

The next step will be to download them with all the attributes.

To prevent your files from being deleted from the Recycle Bin, we suggest increasing the maximum file size your Recycle Bin can keep by following the steps below:

• Right click on the Recycle Bin icon.
• Under the Settings for selected location, select Custom size.
• Fill up the box for your allotted maximum file size for your Recycle Bin.

Windows 10 recycle bin

I deleted a folder to the recycle bin and want to retrieve it. I can't find it in the recycle list. The deleted items list items are not described to give me an option on how to find or retrieve the folder. Not organized alphabetical or by date.
