Windows 10: I paid for premium

Even though I paid for the premium I keep getting those pesky adds. I am really getting tired of this, then it asks if I want to get rid of them, even though I have paid. WHY does this keep happening. It happens all the time. Sometimes it says Premium and I can play my solitaire games without interruptions, and for the last 3 days I keep getting them.!!!!!!!

Paid for premium but cannot access it anymore

So I decided I was tired of ads and paid for premium user in Microsoft solitaire.

In the meantime, my computer died, and when I tried to open it in my new computer (same username) but I cannot access my premium user longer, and the ads are showing up again. How do I make it realise I have a premium user?

 

I Paid £4.19 and got premium features for only a week? Now I have nothing!?

Well whats the point in that then, you've literally made me pay for nothing. If i lose my phone before i do anything to getting it back i've got to pay you.

I would like a full refund because i've paid this 4.19 and got nothing from it, making the features only available for 7 days is pointless. I suggest you give me thee premium features until i actually use them or refund me the amount.

 

Paid for User Name on Xbox Confusion - Windows 10 PC (Premium Member)

Paid For User Name Fails while playing games on Windows 10 / Premium Account

• I do not, nor have I ever owned an Xbox.
• I now have Windows 10 on my PC
• I wanted to play my old fav games, so I paid for the Premium Account
• I did not like the "assigned" name, so I paid the $9.99 for a custom name
• I was playing, building up lots of points, etc.
• But one day I logged in, only to be given an assigned weird name, not the one I paid for!
• Ever since then, I can't not get back to my "paid for" user name.
• I have tried signing out, and signing back in, but it either sticks me into "guest account" or that stupid weird assigned name.
• When I go to the home or "console" page, where I edited an avatar, I can SEE the name I paid for, but when I hit "play" to play the game, it shoves me into the guest or stupid assigned name.

I am at wits end and extremely upset, especially because I PAID for a name!

I have two emails, both are associated with Windows, I get that... I have tried logging in under both, but when I hit the Xbox link to get to my games, it takes me to my page that shows my "paid for" user name, stats, etc. But when I go to play, it shoves
me under the rug to some strange user name, or none at all, i.e. "guest"

HELP!
