Windows 10: Hacked entire Microsoft network help

Hello my entire link to the mircosoft network is hacked. I cant talk much about this as its highly sensative. What do I do the second I turn on this laptop which has had the battery modified with out my consent critical windows driver files get downloaded and replaced by a file reposority folder from a unknown souce VIA BLUE TOOTH. does this mean the hackers are with in the 33ft range of bluetooth. Also alot of this is done via print servers too funcationing as fax servers.. I was smart enough to decode mircosofts files all their system files into their actual programing lanaguage than aall of a sudden someone edited the font system file somehow and now the files and words I see cant be decoded easily. I have found certain boot fonts which have no meaning what is a boot font it was found on my windows installtion usb. its a font that is used for bootings the system it has no fonts attached to it. who do i contact for supporot this is mircosoftes higher up network if you catch what i am getting at not a lack of security from my end. for those who know me this is just the very start of project destiny the first drop in the bucket guide me as I have guided you much more is at stake potentially fermi paradox

Another question, is this on a home network or a work network? The steps @eidairaman1 listed are always a good first step. If this is on a work network you manage, I'd be much more concerned than the home one. It is possible someone is screwing with you, but malware could also be the culprit.

 

Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region

We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

1. Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
2. Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
3. Select add someone else on this PC.
4. Enter a user name and hit next.
5. Click on Finish.
6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.
