Windows 10: Pc display/power

Anyone know why my pc just restarts but it more just completely turns off but my pc is still running? So my screen turns off then I am at the sign-in screen of my pc. My pc never turned off though just my screen but I was at the sign-in screen and ASRock screen like when I power on my pc. It happened multiple times weeks ago but then stopped now it started again. I have a Ryzen 5 3600, RX 590 fatboy 8gb, 16gb ram.

Power up Display is OFF

Please follow below mentioned methods to fix the issue:

Method 1: Create a new power plan.

I suggest you to create a new power plan and check if there is any issues with the current power plan which you are using at present in your system. Follow the below steps sequentially.

  Press Windows key + R, type
  powercfg.cpl in the box and press Enter.
  
• 
  Select current power pan and click on
  Choose when to turn off the display on the left pane.
  
• 
  Select your favorite time to display the screen and click on
  Save changes.
  
• 
  If that does not help, Click on the
  Advanced power plan settings and click on Display on the Window pop up. Expand
  Turn off display after and set as Never.
  

Method 2: Update Display adapter driver.

• 
  Press Windows key + X and click on “Device Manager”.
  
• 
  Expand “Display Adaptor”.
  
• 
  Right click on the driver device and select
  update.
  
• 
  Once update is done, restart the computer.
  

Also you can download the latest updated display driver from the computer manufacturer website.

Display does not turn off when pc is idle

Just did all the suggestions. Did not work. Display does not turn off.

This issue was from the beginning when I downloaded Win 10. I had Win 8.1 and the display always turned off as I set it.

My pc is HP Pavilion Touchsmart 23 all-in-one. According to "checking for updated drivers on display and monitors", I always get the response that the drivers currently installed are the correct ones.

 

My PC was shutdown suddenly by power cut off so now it had some errors
