Microphone Volume resets to 0 and mutes microphone Windows 10

Hello everyone,

so here is my problem, I have no model of my computer for it is a custom built, my processor is an I7-6700k 4.00GHz, and my graphics is an AMD r9380. I have had this computer for about 6 months now and as of July 27th 2016 my microphone keeps being reset
to 0 along with my microphone being muted. I have ran through multiple tests of audio and other types drivers as well as reinstalling them, and I have came with the conclusion of everything is up to date. My preferred headset is a Razer Kraken headset with
a built in microphone, however it is not a hardware issue because I have inserted other microphones and have had the same issue with the microphone volume reseting to 0. After running the audio troubleshooter it tells me I need to move the slider back to the
desired volume, which I do but then have it reset back to 0 between 1 minute to a whole hour later. Any help that can be offered will be greatly appreciated.

Microphone array in Windows 10 resets to 0 and gets muted

When I set my microphone array to 100 and un-mute it a few seconds later it resets to 0 and the mic gets muted. I have tried everything I know to do:

• Disabled the mic
  
• Set up the mic 4 or 5 times
  
• Restarted my computer
  
• Disabled applications to take control of my mic
  

I am using Panasonic earbuds that have been working for the past 4 years and I just got the SADES gaming headset.

I've read posts from other people who struggle with the same thing and saw they couldn't really resolve it. How can I keep my microphone from resetting to 0 and muting?
