Windows 10: Stopcode: CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED + there aren't any administrator accounts in this PC.

I have a problem where I installed additional RAM in my Laptop and when I booted up my PC I was faced with stop code: CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED. It restarted and popped up another message saying:Automatic RepairYour PC did not start correctlyI clicked the advanced options and I tried to open CMD but it says "you need to sign in as an administrator but there aren't any administrator accounts in this PC." I also tried to start it in safe mode but it restarts and goes back to the beginning.Help will be much appreciated!

I am getting BSOD StopCode: CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED on my laptop (BSOD StopCode: CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED)
i tried many ways to fix it but without result.. :
Sfc /scannow,
chkdsk,
reinstall windows (without deleting data),
update drivers,
tried few methods to check ssd.. no bed sectors, healths is good,
Windows memory diagnostic: no problems detected,
Run dism,
Perform a Clean Boot,
run an antivirus scan.....
No dump files

its happens like 3-4 months, please help me <3

 

Settings can't be opened using the built-in administrator account

Unfortunately I have the same issue as Dabz from upgrading win7 to win10.
I've tried opening settings using all the suggested methods and it will not load using my account with Administrator access nor the built-in Administrator profile. I also tried other methods not listed such as using Run. Control panel is just a stepping stone to add users in Settings.
I'm also having explorer.exe issues, which I believe is preventing Settings from loading.
Using cmd (Admin) I successfully created a new user profile [and granted admin access also using cmd (Admin)], however win10 will not allow this account to log on. win10 does not list this new user within control panel but it does in the start menu. win10 will not allow to log in or switch to the new account via the start menu either.
I can access settings in Safe Mode but this will not allow me to create a new account.
Any help/suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

windows/stopcode CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED

When I try to shut down my computer I got a blue screen saying an error happened and asking me to visit Troubleshoot blue screen errors

It says the error is: CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED

It says it collects information and when it reaches 100% I'm back to my password screen.

I can then shut down my computer normally

Any idea how to fix this?
