Windows 10: My laptop fan is spinning SO fast in some intervals

Hello!I have Lenovo Ideapad 520 15-IKB 81BF. On 5th of June I removed my hard disk and installed a brand new Samsung 870 EVO Sata III SSD 2,5". I Installed Windows 10 Pro on it and all the drivers I'm supposed to have. On the first reboot I noticed one error when signing in windows - Explorer.exe blank error. I searched it up in google and found out that I had to delete the value of Load in some regedit file. I did it and after 2 reboots, the error started popping up again. I noticed that in problem reports I have 2 Windows Hardware Errors which were not reported on 06/06. The first oneescr

My laptop fan is going crazy and won’t stop spinning

I have had my laptop for abour two years now and it has been working fine until about two weeks ago when the fan started making grinding noises and was on all the time. All of a sudden though my laptop fan started going crazy, it is loud and seems like it
is spinning really fast. The laptop doesn’t seem to be heating up. I turned off my laptop and left it over night but the next morning when i turned on my laptop the fan starts spinning right away and it still makes the loud noise.

i've done this before. windows 7 has nothing to do with it. the fan on a laptop is driven by the bios. And when the chip gets hot the fan spins.

i can be 99% its dirty and clogged and is not letting it spin.

blow it out. if that doesn't work, take it apart and check the fan.

the fan may be broken, but its not software related.

Hardware questions are best answered by Asus. Windows doesn't control when or how fast your laptop's fan spins. The fan spins in response to heat. The best kind of laptop fan spins only as fast as it needs to at the time, which helps to save the battery.

Have you thought of playing music in the background? When I'm shaking the windows and setting off car alarms in three zip codes I don't even notice my fan.
