Windows 10: memory alway near 100%

Discus and support memory alway near 100% in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; when i open my computer and check my task manger it said memory 90% idk how it happen but it does't show high using processesmy spec IntelR CoreTM...     memory alway near 100%


    when i open my computer and check my task manger it said memory 90% idk how it happen but it does't show high using processesmy spec IntelR CoreTM i3-8100 CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz ram 8gb

    Disk always running at or near 100 - Windows 10

    The same thing happens to me. 100% disk usage since 2016.09.18.

    Made the same steps you did, nothing has changed.

    Hard Drive constantly at or near 100% read/write

    Thanks for the suggestion. I see very little activity in the Network tab. I hope this helps.

    Disk always running at or near 100 - Windows 10

    My Disk is always running at or near 100%

    Things I have tried

    1. Disabled Superfetch, Prefetch, and
    Windows Search

    2. Turned off Notifications

    3. Set BITS to manual

    4. Adjusted Chrome Settings

    5. Removed 3rd party Anti Virus software

    I don't know what else to do. Please Help.

    HP Pavillion dm4 - Windows 10 - i5 - 4 GB RAM - x64
