    I have installed all the recommended windows updates. I'm running on 21H1 os build , was not able to use my vga after 20xx updates. It was working fine earlier. I even tried through the Radeon recommended update downloader. And after installing 73% my whole computer freezes. Then only a black screen. The only possible option is to restart a couple of times and then go to &nbs

    My radeon HD 8670m graphics card isn´t useable, after windows 10 update. After i updated windows 10 recently (Windows 10 update, version 17763) my HD8670M graphics card stopped working, i can´t even
    enjoy a playing FIFA 19 without lagging. Can someone help me with this issue please. I use this notebook as my main PC. Thanks in advance for your time and help.

    Hi alleluia and welcome to Tenforums.

    You may be able to just disable the Intel HD Graphics 4000 in the BIOS of your system. Then the Radeon 8670M would be used all the time.

    • What is the make and model of the machine?

    I suggest you to install the latest graphics drivers from AMD Drivers and Support
    and see if it works. This updated driver serves both the integrated and discrete graphics.

    If the drivers fail to install, the possible causes could be:

    • Missing critical or recommended Windows Updates.
    • Graphics driver and software conflicts.
    • False positives blocked by anti-virus software.

    Make sure, all the Windows Updates are installed and follow the troubleshooting steps listed in
    Troubleshooting Common AMD Graphics Driver Installation Problems and check if it works.
