    Laptop not working after screen times out


    I upgraded my laptop from windows 7 to windows 10 and it worked fine for around a month. I left my laptop on and left for 10 minutes and when I come back, it timed out and became unresponsive. I moved my mouse and press keys but it still remained in sleep so I powered off by holding the power button and when I turn it back on, it ran diagnostics and started automatic repairs. I left it for the night and when I woke it still didnt finish so I powered off and when I turned it back on it showed a blue screen saying that it couldn't start properly and needs a restart.

    Laptop with broken screen How much?

    I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

    Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd

    The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

    Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

    Looking for help with laptop screen

    It's quite easy to replace a screen, try to find a disassembly guide for the specific model of laptop so you have a step by step indication of where to take screws out and what clips to unclip. There might be some youtube videos as well. Always make sure the replacement screen is compatible as there can be different connectors.
