Windows 10: My pc wont reset nor system restore

Hello Maam/SirI have a problem with my windows 10.when i boot up my pc, suddenly i cant click the windows icon/network icon with my mouse. I thought this was weird then when i try to restart, it happened again and i cant fix it. i tried everything including restarting my pc, startup repair, sfc/scannow,dism,etc. sfc /scannow: corrupted files found but unable to fix themdism: source not found dism 0x800f081fWhen i thought i couldnt fix this problem i tried system restore but there was an error message and it wont let me system restore An unspecfied error occured during system restore. 0x80

The issue occurs due to an
unfinished update process which
corrupted the system files. We suggest that you try these troubleshooting
methods and run the update again:

Method 1:
Run SFC Scan.

To run an
SFC scan, follow these steps:

• 
  Run
  Command Prompt as Administrator.
  
• 
  Type
  sfc /scannow
  and hit
  Enter.
  

This will check and run an auto-repair on the issue.

Method 2:
Run DISM Tool.

After running the
SFC scan
and the issue still persist, run the
DISM
to check the system health and to try restoring the files. To run
DISM tool, follow these steps:

• 
  Run
  Command Prompt as Administrator.
  
• 
  Type the following command:
  
  • 
    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /scanhealth
    
  • 
    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
    

NOTE:
This might take a while
to finish scanning.
Do not cancel.

Failed to perform System Restore and Reset.

  Why exactly you are trying to perform system reset? Are you getting any error code, when trying to perform system reset?
  
• 
  What is the make and model of your system?
  

I suggest you to try creating system restore point manually and check if the restore point is visible or not.

Back up and restore your PC

Refer to the section: Create Restore Point.



As you are also unable to perform system reset, I suggest you to try resetting system using windows 10 installation media and check if it helps.

PC wont boot, wont startup repair, wont system restore and wont reset.

Hi, so my pc recently just stopped booting, I then ran a start up repair and it failed, I tried a system restore, it failed, I tried go back to a previous build, nothing happened, I tried to reset keeping my files, it said The drive
where Windows is installed is locked. I tried reseting my pc removing everything, it said Unable to reset your pc. A required drive partition is missing. I googled this error and it suggested doing a check disc, i did it and it came up with error 50, I googled
it it said to reset my PC. I tried 'sfc/scannow', it said "resource protection could not perform the requested operation. I googled it and it suggested running ' DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth' it came up error 50 dism doesn't support servicing
windows PE with the /online option. I googled this and it said boot in to safe mode, but it wont let me. the only way i can get to the troubleshoot menu is from the windows disk.

Please help me resolve this problem the windows and hardrive were bought in June and broke in july, i have not had it working since
