Windows 10: Home Inventory on Quicken

I know this question might not pertain to members of this community, but I've been frustrated with Quicken's lack of support. Besides, there are a lot of smart techies within this community much smarter than me!, who might have some answers. So here's the question:I've been using the Quicken personal finance program for at least 20 yrs, including one of its add-on features called Home Inventory Manager. Quicken stopped supporting the inventory add-on in 2018 but still allows it to be used within the Quicken program. Recently, I haven't been able to open the "detail view" of individual in

Windows 10 and Quicken Home Inventory conflict

I am using Quicken 2017 R17 Home and Business on a Windows 10 operating system.. For some reason, the Home Inventory program no longer allows me to access detail view. When I click on the detail icon
for any item, it appears that the boundary of the detail box tries to open, but then the program closes without any notice. The problem happens using my laptop, but does not happen with my desktop. I don’t know if this is a mouse driver issue, Window update
issue, or Quicken issue. The program worked fine earlier this year.

 

Quicken ID not recognized in Quicken 2019 after 1903 update

• When you say, “Quicken 2019 will no longer recognize Quicken” what happens when you try to sign in to Quicken 2019?
  
• Do you receive any error message/code? If yes, what is the error message/code?

Windows 10 Error Code 2503 comes up when uninstalling Quicken. Unable to uninstall quicken. How do I correct this problem?

Hello,

• How did you try to uninstall Quicken?

Kindly try the steps below and check if this helps.

• Using the Windows search feature, look for Control Panel.
• Click Control Panel Desktop app to open.
• Choose Programs.
• Under Programs and Features, click on Uninstall a Program.
• Find Quicken in the list of programs. They are alphabetically ordered. Highlight it by clicking on it once.
  
• Click on Uninstall at the top of the list and follow through the prompts until the program is removed.
  

If the issue still persists, I suggest you to contact Quicken support regarding this matter for assistance.
