Windows 10: Not getting news about new Windows releases

I used to receive emails about new Windows builds and releases but I haven't seen any for several months - maybe even a year. I don't recall doing anything to remove myself from any list. I work in IT so I don't have a personal pc that uses a Microsoft account. All of our accounts and release updates are controlled by our corporate IT but I still used to get emails about changes and upgrades. How do I get myself back in the communications loop?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

To change the Account type follow the steps.

• 
  Press Windows + X, click on User Accounts.
  
• 
  Click on change your account type.
  
• 
  Select standard account.
  

To delete the account follow the steps.

• 
  Press Windows + X, click on User Accounts.
  
• 
  Click on Manage other Account.
  
• 
  Select the user account.
  
• 
  Click on Delete the account.
  

To create the new user account follow the steps.

• 
  Press Windows + X, click on User Accounts.
  
• 
  Click on Manage other Account.
  
• 
  Click on Add A new user in PC setting.
