Windows 10: I am unable to download "Halo 4" after purchase

After purchase of "Halo 4" I am unable to Install it from Microsoft store. Download and install loading bar shows error : 0x80073D12OS Windows 10 Homebuild : 19043.1110Is there a maintenance on server side or something like that? Can you provide a workaround to install this game please.

Unable to download Halo MCC on PC

Hi,

I am unable to download the Halo MCC on my PC through Xbox (Beta) app and Microsoft Store. Whenever I start my downloading of the Halo MCC (which includes Halo Reach, Halo CE and Halo 2:Anniversary currently), nothing gets downloaded because of the following
errors -

1. Halo MCC says that the error is related to one of it's add-on not being downloaded.

2. Halo Reach, Halo Ce and Halo 2 says that the error is not downloading the app or game it works with

Hence, there is a circular dependency among these applications and nothing is being downloaded.

I have tried the following steps so far -

1. Checked my Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription (it is active)

2. Reset and Terminate Microsoft store and Gaming Services and did a restart.

3. Reinstalled the Xbox (beta) app

4. Cleared all cache and temp

Nothing has worked so far. Please help me with this.

 

Missing games from my purchase of Halo: The Master Chief Collection

Hello,

When purchased online and downloaded the Halo: The Master Chief Collection recently, I only received three games. Halo: Reach, Halo: CE Anniversary & Halo 2. I am missing from my purchase Halo 3, Halo 3: ODST & Halo 4. According to the webpage, the package/purchase
includes all six games.

 

Unable to download Forza Horizon 4 and start Halo

Hello!

This problem (rather, these problems) has been puzzling me for the past week. I have the Xbox Game Pass for PC (beta) and I'm unable to download or play the games that are included with the Game Pass.

The error code I get while trying to launch Halo: The Master Chief Collection (I was able to download this though):

Code:

Halo: The Master Chief Collection is currently not available in your account. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001
I get the same error code (0x803F8001) while trying to download Forza Horizon 4.

Solutions I've tried:

Installing Game Services

wsreset

Various other solutions involving copypasting in PowerShell, though I can just repeat any
