    after a win10 update on 11/21/2019 all of my device drivers have an update and my pc is not working except in safe mode

    Hi Mark, I cannot use my pc EXCEPT in Safe mode, as the screen is blinking at a fast rate. And am very limited with what I can do in safe mode. I was a software repair person before i retired & have never run across this kind of mess. 3/4 of all drivers
    in control panel say they were installed on 11/21/19, which is when a MS update was installed. There was another update on 11/28/19 which i was able to uninstall. Now i cannot uninstall the 11/21 update as it says it cannot find any updates. I have run
    malware, Norton & antispyware. I have been working on this for days & it seems i have made no progress. Early on i uninstalled NVidia sound & video drivers & reinstalled them to no avail! Can this be fixed? I have backed up everything to external an drive.
    Any help would be appreciated!
