  1. Bitlocker encrypted computer but the Microsoft account used to sign in to it was lost

I bought a computer. During the Windows setup I created an account that I can't remember. I know the most possible password that was used I can't remember the username and the address. Recently Bitlocker decided to encrypt my C drive for some reason and I am now unable to get the recovery key for Bitlocker. Bitlocker encrypted the drive for no reason. There was no software update nor was there any hardware changes. I was wondering if there was anyway that Microsoft can help with the account or maybe even decryption of the drive or a way to backup the data on there. The things I have currently

    :)

Bitlocker forced to auto-encrypt on Creators Update?

It's a feature since Windows 8.1. All computers which meet certain hardware specifications (called 'InstantGo' for Windows 8.1, although I think it's less stringent for Windows 10, but it does require non-rotational/ solid state drive for the system drive) will have Device Encryption turned on on the system drive. This is all versions of Windows, even Windows 10 Home which don't have full Bitlocker.

I believe you can turn it off in Settings - on my tablet it's in Settings under System, then About, and Device Encryption is at the bottom. (Although I'm still running an older version of Windows 10 on it - need to free up some disk space before it will upgrade - so the option may have moved.)

Edit: or you could open Settings and type Encryption into the search box, which may find it.

How to avoid explicit signs of BITLOCKER encryption

Please only replies from people who have at least some knowledge of the topic.

Is there any solution to create a Windows 10 Bitlocker encrypted installation and to remove as many indicators as possible that indicate the system is actually Bitlocker encrypted?
This would be useful, for example, in case that someone who wants to access your data and sees there is a Bitlocker encrypted system in your device forces you to divulge the password. The solution isn't meant to counter forensic analysis or create full plausible deniability but at least to achieve some plausible deniability by removing clear and obvious signs of a Bitlocker encrypted system and if possible remove them all.

I was thinking a solution could be by having two installations of Windows 10 on the same device, one installation is clear and the other is Bitlocker encrypted but in this case the clear signs of Bitlocker would be:
    - the boot manager displaying two Windows options
    - the Bitlocker bootloader asking for password (it would be useful to be able to store it in an external usb key)
    - the Windows system reserved partitions which, I'm not sure, could store Bitlocker reserved data
    - the clear Windows installations would show the Bitlocker encrypted partition

Do you have any solution or suggestions to achieve this?
