Windows 10: Error Code 0x80070002 while trying to delete files to free up memory

I have a Lenovo Yoga running Windows 10I was trying to free up hard drive space and the largest file on my system is a zip file of GoPro footage >50GB that shows up in my "large and Unused files" search in Cleanup Recommendations. However, when I try to delete it, I get this error message and, when I try to locate it in the identified folder, it is missing. How do I locate the file and/or get the system to acknowledge that the memory is unused my entire HD is only 250GB?.

Error 0x80070002 when trying to update Windows

I have been having issues for months with Windows 10 updates failing due to Error 0x80070002 on my gaming laptop. The full message reads:

2019-06 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4503286) -Error 0x80070002.

I am currently on version 1803 (OS Build 17134.590) and I'm being told "You're currently running a version of windows that's nearing the end of support. We recommend you update to the most recent version of Windows 10 now to get the latest features and security improvements."

I have followed the instructions on Error Code 0x80070002 Fixed – Eassos Step-by-Step Tutorial but this hasn't resolved the problem. Does anybody know how to fix this?

As per the issue description you are getting error code 0x80070002 while performing backup on your computer. I would suggest you to refer the suggestion provided in the article mentioned below. Though this article is for Windows 7 but steps holds good for
Windows 10 too.

0x80070002 error code in windows update

My windows 10 version is Home, 20H2. Build 19042.630I'm trying to download cumulative update KB4592438. I keep getting 0x80070002 error code.






I also ran the windows troubleshooter and it says that it fixed the issue, but I still keep getting the same error. Here's the detailed report.



I also did multiple reboots of my laptop. I ran sfc/scannow but it didn't find any errors. What should I do to resolve this issue?
