  1. Is it normal for a PC to use less RAM doing the same tasks when it's just restarted ?

I used my PC as normal and then left it open playing some music while I slept a few hours. Then I woke up, I was browsing on Chrome Beta and the browser said I ran out of memory. My memory usage was close to 8GB, which is all I have. Then I restarted, I was doing the same thing and my memory usage was more like half of that.Is it normal or shall I do something ?

    :)

No restart button in task manager

another easy way to kill tasks, download and install Winaero Tweaker(free) and theres a setting to add a Kill non responding tasks using the desktop right click menu. When you place your cursor on the desktop anywhere and right click the option is at the top of the list, Very handy and you dont have to go through all those steps and well Winaero Tweaker has alot of cool Windows tweaks. Just posting a different suggestion, Im sure your ok with what was suggested here.

  3. PC Randomly Restarting after installing new Ram!

Tried your suggestions, but still had a restart! Also ran memtest overnight (13 hours according to memtest) and had no errors! Also ran Passmark Burn in test for a couple hours testing everything and had no errors or restart. Could fitting the new ram have triggered something to go bad like my mobo or psu?

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
