Hello. I have been experiencing this problem for some time now with my hp omen laptop which is now 6 or 7 years old. I saw that someone else was successfully helped w/ a similar issue and would appreciate it if someone was able to help me also. I have downloaded bluescreenview and can see the dump files, but I do not know how to compress them and upload them somewhere so that they can be viewed. Please tell me what to do and I will get back to you. Thanks!

[Windows 10 BSOD] Unexpected Kernel Mode Trap

Unexpected kernel mode trap BSOD always appears when I try to update Windows 10 or reset the PC.

I've tried many solutions, such as:

-Disconnecting external devices

-Booting in safe mode

-Memory diagnostic

-chkdsk

none of which worked. Any suggestions to this problem would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
