Windows 10: I installed windows 10 on my HP laptop and I am sure it crashed. My keyboard doesn't work...

I have installed windows 10 on my HP laptop. I am very certain it has crashed. I had windows 8.1 previously on my HP laptop. It's now more than 10 days since I installed windows 10. Nothing works on my laptop. Windows doesn't work right. There are keys on my keyboard that doesn't work anymore. Google chrome doesn't respond. There seems to be so very much wrong and I don't know where to begin to fix it. I also can't get into my emails either. Need help urgently big please. I am old and don't know where to start. I don't know how to fix the hardware nothing. Please help and tell me in detail whe

HP Stream 11 under Windows 10 - Touchpad not recognized.

Are you making sure you are trying the correct driver for the WiFi... They list Broadcom, Intel, and/or Realtek.

Also, try to run the installer as an administrator install.

If that fails... try extracting the files and manually install the driver.

keyboard doesn' t working, it doesn't popup on my nokia lumia 735 after I took windows 10, 10586 version. Please, help!!!

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
