Windows 10: Win 10 Settings keeps crashing

I'm not sure which topic this questions belongs, so I picked the most suitable one I think is good.Before this, the "Sign in so you don't miss out" I'm part of a family feature thingbox kept popping up, but I fixed it I think I did by resetting my pin; my approach was actually trying to sign in.When I try to get to the main settings app, it stays there for a few seconds, and then it closes by itself. On the top left, it says "Local Account Sign in", but I can never click the link.Before all of this happened though, I signed in to my Xbox account on Discord, and I'm not 100% sure if that wa

There are many possible reasons why the computer will keeps on crashing. One of which is missing or corrupted system files. For us to further isolate the issue, we suggest answering the following questions:

• What exactly are you accessing/doing when the computer crashes?
• Were you still able to login to the computer after it happens?
• Can you send us a screenshot of the error messages or mini dump that you've received?

access BIOS settings in Win 10

I have an 8-year old computer running Win 10. I need to access the BIOS settings. It used to be the holding down the F2 key during startup would bring up the BIOS screen in Windows computers. But this no longer works. A web article listed a complicated
series of steps leading to a reboot . . . but still no access to BIOS. Any suggestions?
