Windows 10: Account hacked by rambler.ru

I'm not sure what happend but randomly at 6 am CST my Microsoft account had its password changed. I was awake at that time but it was like a bot that automatically changed everything in like a second, I had no control and lost my microsoft account. I tried to password reset it but it removed my phone number from the account and the email. My old account used to have the same email I used on this account but when I try to log back in it makes me log into my current account that isn't hacked. I really hope I can get my account back I don't want to lose my Xbox games and my search points. If ther

My Microsoft account got hacked by a rambler ru

Can I trust that Microsoft will notify me about transferring my data and purchases from my hacked account all the way to a brand new one? I tried to use the recover form a few times now, but the only replies I've been getting is that the information that I provided about my hacked account was not enough to confirm my ownership, especially since the hacker changed the original email address of said account. All the information I provided was accurate to what I remember, yet I'm still being told that it wasn't enough to validate account ownership.
