Windows 10: Why not Net banking facility not provided to buy Microsoft product in India

I am unable to buy Windows 10 pro because the internet banking facility not provided Microsoft in India. Please let me know if it is available to buy the Microsoft product by using net banking in India

How to buy games using Net Banking?

How can i buy any product like games, apps, etc. using net banking system instead of not using credit card.

 

Buying products using debit cards.

The article did not help me. But what if you add an link to to use your debit card which is is the rupay card and the net banking facility that would be helpful full stop Tata kal just says about my status of payment if my details are complete or not but it
does not state anything about the additional things required so first and at the option of rupay debit Card and the net banking facility otherwise your product won't be sold to anyone in India

 

state bank of india net banking not workig on at&t lumia 520

I am facing a huge trouble while using net banking in my at&t lumia 520 phone.When ever I try to recharge my phone using net banking of state bank group like Hyderabad,Mysore,India etc in my phone
by using apps like Paytm,Mobikwik,Freecharge etc it is showing error everytime ,earlier it used to work perfectly but from the last two months it is showing problem i.e. error.I initially thouht that the problem is in every lumia phone but when I used my
friends lumia phone it is working perfectly well,it is showing problem in only my phone i.e. At&t lumia 520 it is working perfectly for India branded lumia 520 phone.I used my friends at&t phone it is also showing the same problem please look into the issue
and solve as soon as possible because there are millions of at&t lumia phones brought by friends and others from US
