Windows 10: Useful Editing features now gone from Photos

There is an issue with photos that clicking or using the hot key ctrl+E only switches to that page and gives you the wait spinner.For some stupid reason someone locked the last thread to this question.So no clicking the edit button DOES NOT work.Microsoft has removed editing tools from photos.I have repaired and reset also uninstall and install nothing works.

  Have you tried saving the photos after editing?
  

As a work around I suggest you to use Photo app for editing and check if the issue persist.

Photo Viewer Editing Feature

• What is the latest update that you receive before the issue occur?
• What is the version of the operating system you are currently running? Kindly press Windows key + R, type winver in the run box and then click OK.
• What are the steps you've done so far to resolve the issue?
• Are you referring to the Windows 10 Photos App?

Video editor gone from Photos
