Windows 10: need to disable efficiency mode

I'm facing issues when loading stock chart in all web browsers due to efficiency mode, what's the use of such feature if it effects the overall productivity. what is the use of battery backup if work takes longer time than usual. Please give me permanent solution for this **** feature

I cannot disable efficiency mode for firefox.

How do I permanently disable this feature for Firefox? The option to do so is greyed out in the task manager. For other programs, efficiency mode can be enabled and disabled, but not for Firefox, which is also the only program to be in efficiency mode. I do not want my browser to run unnecessarily poorly.
