Windows 10: DRIVER PNP WATCHDOG on HP ENVY laptop

I faced DRIVER PNP WATCHDOG issue when booting my laptop hp envy x360, i tried to install a fresh windows faced the same message again, I tried both windows 10 and windows 11. The funny thing is that I can install linux ubuntu and other linux.with linux I have lost some feature. As far as i have lost tablet mode and ..... I would really appreciate if anyone has found any solution for this issue.

HP Envy DRIVER PNP WATCHDOG error

I wonder if anyone can help me. I have an HP Envy 15-ee0997nz laptop. I opened it as always two days ago and the touchscreen didn't work. I tried to restart it but since then, it has been writing an ERROR message: DRIVER PNP WATCHDOG. When I turn it on, it loads endlessly, but the operating system does not start.

When it does automatic troubleshooting, in the end it is alwas trying to restart but nothing more, the error code message is the same. I ran all the diagnostics in HP PC Hardware Diagnositcs UEFI and all of them passed. I also tried to boot from a stick, in case of there is some kind of software problem but nothing works.

System configuration:
HP Envy 15-ee0997nz

AMD Ryzen 4700U

16 GB of RAM

1 TB of storage

AMD Radeon Graphics

Windows 11

HP Envy DRIVER PNP WATCHDOG error

I've made a boot stick, but it does exactly the same. Spins for a few minutes then writes the same stop code (DRIVER PNP WATCHDOG) then restart
