  1. Is this supposed to take this long?

So my Storage drive is having a problem saying E: is not accesible Parameter is incorrect and i searched online for a solution and found the command chkdsk /f e: and its been going on for days the first stage has taken 2.81 days and every single file has said "File record segment is unreadable" and for stage 2 it says "Deleting orphan file record segment" the eta is 140 hours? Is this supposed to happen? should i let it just run? for the 140 hours? And should i just cancel the command and put in a different one?

    :)

New here and seeking for help: problems with graphic card

Thanks very much lilhasselhoffer. I'll start doing what you suggested step by step.

One question thou: you suggested me to Download the latest driver package from Nvidea. However, the link you posted is for the newly released GeForce GTX 760? Am I supposed to download the drivers for that card?

Sorry for my questions. As I said, I'm not an expert at all.

Is this supposed to take this long?

    Extremely long and incomplete boot

This may be a long shot. My PC hung at boot yesterday after typing the password - see Can't Login - Further Troubleshooting Steps?

I ran chkdsk c: /spotfix and all is now fine. Someone has also suggested running chkdsk c: /r.
