Windows 10: can't open images files

Discus and support can't open images files in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; For example i click on the jpg file and happens nothing.I have repared the default app, reinstalled it too and still not opening.I only can open images...     [HELP]Image recovery issues

    Guys i am trying to fix my cousins Asus Eee netbook. It has a backup image file that is partitioned on the hard drive but when I go to use it the app will run through a few steps and stop. It is running Vista . Any suggestions?

    opening .dds files with gimp

    Simply, HOW? I got the DDS plugin but the POS wont open DDS files still. Can someone give me a step-by-step rundown of how to install the DDS plugin for gimp so I know if I'm missing something?
