Windows 10: Unable to uninstall update KB5037591 on Windows 11

The problem: KB5037591 update breaks the SINEMA program. The solution on most of the PCs was to uninstall it from the PC and it solved the issue, but on one of them, it is not possible.Uninstalling update from settings shows after a moment that the package was uninstalled but in fact it is not and it is always visible in updates history and is available to uninstall again. What is interesting after trying to uninstall there is no warning about reboot required like on other Windows PCs.We have tried to also uninstall it using cmd: wusa /uninstall /KB:5037591, but there was another error Instal

Edit: KB5037591 seems to be the culprit.
An additional issue I noticed is the fact that my Ping in games went from 10 or 11 to a full 165 or higher.
Uninstalling the update returned my system to a very stable state, none of the issues are present now and my ping is back to 11.

Not sure which one
Not only does Win 11 have freezing hiccups, my games that I play have a full second , sometimes 2 seconds freeze, at random times.
I have an i7-13700KF and 32GB DDR5 system. Before the update I could flawlessly play highest settings on games like Cyberpunk 2077 without any hiccup, now I have hiccups in even Rocket League.

Thus, uninstalled both updates.

Other effects

• Task manager no longer functions and keeps freezing, then crashes.
Restarting Task manager results in endless freezes

• Audio in games and in discord streams disrupted ever since these updates were installed, no issues whatsoever before these updates.

Please take this update out of automatic updates.

i had to uninstall two updates KB5037591 & KB5037771 as it causes win 11 to freeze with beeping sound, both updates were released may 15th 2024

Sorry Microsoft but either one of these updates causes my intel core i-9 PC with 128GB ddr 4 system to crash multiple times a day with a beeping sound if you click the mouse. since I uninstalled them the system is way more stable. please remove the automatic update for both of those until you debug and fix

 

Unable to uninstall windows update

Oops..!! this particular tool (wushowhide) wasn't able to detect updates to be hid because I had the Windows Update service disable.

But even after enabling the service, the tool was able to detect the updates that we can hide but they are not the ones which were recently applied in my system and I want to hide them. Instead, it displays the driver related updates which I don't want to hide.
