Windows 10: Why is my Windows Security App all White and showing nothing?

When i try accessing Virus and Threat Protection, it just says "Your IT Administrator Has Limited Acces To Some Areas of this App.". I have resetted my pc entirely and I have fresh new Installed Windows on my Laptop. I removed McAfee Antivirus thirdparty antivirus and checked if there were school or business accounts, and there were none to remove. I do not know what to do next, i need Help. :

WINDOWS SECURITY NOT SHOWING/ BLANK WHITE SCREEN.

Hello, I have been having problem with my Windows Security not showing up/ showing blank white screen. I have uninstalled any conflicting third party antivirus and even followed any tutorials online step by step but the problem persists. Got any solution for my problem? Any help or solution would be greatly appreciated.

Antivirus tools are a useless box-ticking exercise says Google security chap

The only search I had white listed was Google Facebook was not, Twitter was not, Amazon was not. Microsoft was because of windows update and Visual Studio downloads and redistributables. I remember HighPoint-Tech was white listed to get RocketRAID drivers. TechPowerUp and GeneralNonsense were white listed for the rare instance my personal computer was off/disabled and I needed to access them.

Bare in mind that white listing simply permits the website to function as normal (medium security). It doesn't give it elevated permissions to do anything. Everything not listed as a trusted site runs at high security where pretty much everything that isn't HTML and CSS is prohibited.
