Windows 10: Why cant i download anything from the microsoft store?

So i try to download any app from the microsoft store and it says "Try that again. Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help." ive waited way more then a bit and it doesnt work.

Downloading is Slow from Store.

I am writing to seek assistance with downloading apps from the Microsoft Store on my Windows 11 system. Unfortunately, I’ve encountered an issue where apps remain stuck in a pending state, and I’m unable to download or update them.
