Windows 10: Windows Hello - PIN option is temporary unavailable after screen lock

I sometimes get the PIN is temporary unavailable message when login in after the screen being locked. When it happens I can only login using the password instead. However, when rebooting the PIN is working again. It only sometimes happens after the screen being locked, never on boot.Do you know what could the cause of this? A problem with the TPM seems unlikely to me, as it works on reboot?It started happening in the past weeks, never before install dates from almost 4 years, I'm using the Windows Hello PIN since about a year.I am on Windows 10 Enterprise, 22H2, OS build 19045.4412

Win10/HP Pavillion - PIN "unavailable"

Using Win10 on an HP Pavillion Gaming Laptop

PIN went away. Now when I go into create a PIN I get "Something went wrong. Try again later". The step prior is: Start.>Settings>Accounts>Sign in Options>Windows Hello PIN and it reads "This options is currently unavailable - click to learn more". I
followed the steps suggested, but they don't work

Suggestions?.
